About Our Featured Quilter
Piecemakers Quilt Club is delighted to welcome Brenda Vakarro, a talented quilter and long-arm specialist from Elma, Washington, in Mason County. Brenda has made Elma her home for the past 26 years, after building her house there.
Brenda learned to quilt as a child from her mother, but her quilting journey was truly inspired by Roxanne Carter, a quilt instructor and designer. Her passion for quilting flourished after she retired from her career as an engineer with the Department of Transportation. Since retiring, Brenda has earned her APQS long-arm certification and has become an avid quilter and instructor.
Brenda owns and operates BB Vibrant Long Arm Quilting, where your dreams come true. She enjoys helping others bring their quilt projects to life. She shares, “I am eager to show you how to sew your own blocks and help you complete your quilt projects.” Brenda is also a valued member of the Piecemakers Quilt Club.
